Our Vision
The vision for this convention was conceived in the heart of God before the beginning of time. It came to us in building block revelations as we walked in obedience—in relationship with one another. He called us to repentance, reconciliation, street evangelism, on-site prayer, more repentance, healing, and spiritual growth, creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and ever increasing amounts of faith. Because of what He has worked in us, we are confident God is well able to transform our lives so we all leave Bay City "Fearless: Equipped, Fierce, and Compassionate."

"The Interview"
It is like a pyramid. The base is wide, with room enough for all our individual expectations that crowd into the meetings. As we grow in relationship, in honesty, in holiness, in love for one another, however, the distance between us begins to shrink. We grow closer to one another and the diameter around the mountain begins to diminish. We begin to walk the same pathways. We cannot help it, as there are only so many ways to climb up a mountain and usually those paths are narrow and dangerous. We have seen the need for one another and for our giftings and talents.
“What will you see when you reach the top of the mountain?” we are asked.
“What will change by climbing the mountain?” we are asked.
